Auxiliadora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han analizado las variaciones morfometricas y cuantitativas, asi como la organizacion ultraestructural y citoquimica del nucleo y nucleolo de las neuronas del nucleo supraoptico de la rata en dos modelos experimentales. Tras la estimulacion osmotica y su inhibicion en la sintesis de proteinas al administrar la droga cicloheximida en las mismas condiciones de estimulacion osmotica.  a nivel nuclear, como consecuencia de la estimulacion osmotica que produce hipertrofia nuclear con dispersion de la cromatina. Tras la administracion de la droga el nucleo se hace heterocromatico con independencia del nivel de transcripcion previa.  en ambos modelos experimentales el perimetro nuclear permanecio constante.  tras la estimulacion osmotica el nucleolo sufre un incremento de su volumen con preservacion de su estructuracion reticulada. Al administrar la droga, los nucleolos disminuyen de tama\u00f1o, se hacen muy compactos y sus componentes aparecen fragmentados.
