Se ha encontrado que la expresion de apo e esta inducida en las lesiones ateromatosas y esta expresion se restringe a las celulas espumosas derivadas de macrofagos presentes en la lesion. La expresion de apo e es independiente de los niveles plasmaticos de colesterol y\/o lipoproteinas y del tejido donde se encuentren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
