Este modelo integra la t\u00e9cnica de simulaci\u00f3n probalista con la optimizaci\u00f3n en un problema de programaci\u00f3n lineal.Este problema, que inicialmente tiene estructura de plimatroide, puede incluir cualquier tipo de resticcion de despacho que pueda ser fomulada como una funci\u00f3n lineal de los valores esperados de energ\u00eda. La dimensi\u00f3n del citado problema de optimziaci\u00f3n excede con creces la capacidad de los paquetes comerciales de optimizaci\u00f3n. En esta tesis se desarrollan dos m\u00e9todos de resoluci\u00f3n alternativos altamente eficientes. El primero de ellos es una estrategia activa aplicada al m\u00e9todo simples y el segundo se basa en la  aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de descomposici\u00f3n de dantizg-wolfe.
