La primera parte presenta el \u00abmodelo teorico de analisis de la flexibilidad en la estructura organizativa de pymes\u00bb del que se derivan las proposiciones e hipotesis de investigacion integrando los capitulos 1)flexibilidad organizacional y flexibilidad en la estructura organizativa: fundamentos teoricos. En este capitulo se exponen los fundamentos teoricos del concepto de flexibilidad a partir de distintas teorias macroeconomicas (especializacion flexible y postmodernismo) y microeconomicas (contingencia dinamica, ecolog\u00eda de las poblaciones, coevoluci\u00f3n, recursos y capacidades, capacidades dinamicas y aprendizaje organizacional). Se infiere que el contructo de la flexibilidad organizacional es multidimensional siendo la flexibilidad en la estructura organizativa uno de los recursos de la organizaci\u00f3n para alcanzar la flexibilidad en la estructura organizativa uno de los recursos de la organizaci\u00f3n para alcanzar la flexibilidad estrategica. 2)configuracion estructura flexible.
