Tambien se han calibrado los diferentes detectores utilizados para la medida de los radionuclidos analizados. Finalmente, el objetivo principal del trabajo ha sido la aplicacion de los metodos radiquimicos al analisis de tres compartimentos andaluces con objeto de establecer niveles de concentracion asociados a cada compartimento en particular y estudiar el comportamiento y dinamica de los mismos en cada uno de ellos. Debido a la importancia que la atmosfera representa para el ser humano hemos analizado los isotopos de u y ra en muestras de agua de lluvia recogidas en sevilla en el periodo octubre de 1986 a mayo de 1988. Debido a la importancia que el rio guadalquivir tiene para la region hemos estudiado a lo largo de su cauce los isotopos de u, th y ra.
