Los tratamientos hipotiroideos a que han sido sometidas fueron el i131, via intraperitoneal, el perclorato patasico, sustituyendo al agua de bebida y la combinacion de ambos.  en el tejido hipofisario de dichas ratas, hemos realizado un estudio ihq, morfologico, estereologico y morfometrico y hemos determinado los cambios aparecidos en las distintas hormonas adenohipofisarias segun el tratamiento aplicado.  en general, hemos observado que las hormonas que se ven afectadas por los tres tratamientos son la fsh y lh; sin embargo, el grado de afectacion es mucho mayor con el tratamiento de perclorato a i131+perclorato que con el de i131. De los 3 tratamientos aplicados el combinado es el unico que afecta a todas las poblaciones celulares adenohipofisarias, pudiendo estos hechos comprometer a diferentes
