Inmaculada <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la actualidad existen numerosas alteraciones cromosomicas asociadas con tipos tumorales especificos, pero dado que la mayoria de los datos se refieren a tumores liquidos, mientras que los estudios en tumores solidos son muy escasos nos planteamos el estudio citogenetico de las neoplasias que afectan al pulmon en busca de anomalias cromosomicas que puedan diferenciar las distintas patolog\u00edas neoplasicas. Para ello, realizamos el analisis citogenetico de 90 exudados pleurales y de 29 muestras de tejidos pulmonares, aplicandoles tecnicas de bandeo cbg, gtg y posterior tratamiento estadistico.  comprobamos que la mayoria de los cromosomas se encuentran involucrados en alteraciones cromosomicas, no obstante, los selectivamente implicados en cada tipo tumoral son distintos, asi en oat cell son el 1, 19 y 20 encontrando en un caso numerosos cromosomas doble minuto (probablemente representan el oncogen myc amplificado).  en carcinoma epidermoide el 17 y 19, llamando la atencion la gran implicacion del cromosoma 17 en monosomias, dado que en el se encuentra el antioncogen p53. En carcinoma gastrico el 1, 3, 16, 19 y 21.En carcinoma de ovario el 17 y x, la perdida del x parece ser un hallazgo comun, pudiendo ser una posible via de carcinogenesis en este tipo tumoral. En mesotelioma el 5, 9, 10 y 13. En adenocarcinoma pulmonar el 5, 8, 10, 20 y 21. Finalmente en linfoma el 3, 8 y 14.
