Parte del ca2+ necesario para desarrollar la contraccion tiene su origen en las reservas intracelulares. El farmaco activador de la entrada de ca2+ bay k8644, muestra una dependencia total del ca2+ extracelular para desarrollar la contraccion y reducir el flujo sanguineo cerebral. Por otra parte, los farmacos bloqueadores de la entrada de ca2+, nicardipina y nimodipina incrementan el fsc e inhiben la reduccion del fsc. Los resultados obtenidos indican que la entrada de ca2+ en las arterias cerebrales de cabra se produce a traves de los canales de ca2+ sensibles a la dihidropiridinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
