Gloria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo presentado por d\u00f1a. M. Gloria alzuet pi\u00f1a supone una profundizacion en la oca. De la coordinacion de la acetazolamida, y el inicio del estudio como ligando de la metazolamida (hmacm), siendo ambas moleculas importantes sulfonamidas por su potente accion inhibidora de la enzima anhidrasa carbonica. Se describe la sintesis y caracterizacion de complejos de la acetazolamida y los iones co(ii), ni(ii) y cu(ii) con distintas aminas alifaticas. A destacar que en dichos compuestos las aminas actuan como contraines. Se han aislado complejos de la metazolamida y los iones co(ii), ni(ii), cu(ii) y zn(ii) en presencia de nh3 y piridina (py). La obtencion de monocristales de alguno de ellos ha permitido la caracterizacion estructural de los comp. (M(macm)2 (py)2 (oh2)2) (m=cu, co, ni)) y (co (hacm) (aib)2 (nh3)) (no3)2 2h2o, y el establecimiento de conclusiones sobre los cambios del grupo -so2nh2 relacionados con la coordinacion y\/o desprotonacion.
