El tratamiento con ga3 aumenta el nivel de transcritos de las dos subunidades de rubisco. En los ovarios no tratados se detiene la sintesis de rubisco al iniciarse la senescencia y se activa su degradacion por la aparicion de una nueva actividad proteolitica. Se ha purificado dicha proteasa y se ha comprobado que es una tiol-proteasa activa en un amplio rango de phs. Empleando anticuerpos obtenidos frente a ella se ha comprobado que se sintetiza de novo al iniciarse la senescencia y se localiza en el exocarpo, zona donde la concentracion de rubisco es maxima.  mediante tecnicas inmunocitoquimicas se ha visto que se localiza en el tonoplasto y en el interior de la vacuola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
