De 6 a\u00f1os. Utilizando un dise\u00f1o longitudinal iniciado en 1984.  en su parte teorica presenta una revision de los supuestos basicos acerca de la naturaleza del desarrollo.  en la parte experimental utilizan ni\u00f1os b.P.N.  identificados en jaime (1989) que reunieran las caracteristicas de ser muy b.P.N. (1500 grs), b.P.N. Sin patolog\u00eda neurologica (2001-2500) que ejecutaron por debajo de los no b.P.N. Igualmente sin neurolog\u00eda patologica y el grupo control no b.P.N.. Los instrumentos psicologicos empleados fueron: m.S.C.A., I.T.P.A., Y boehm, \u00abexpectativas paternas al desarrollo\u00bb.  conclusiones: la persistencia de las diferencias que a nivel cognitivo presentan los ni\u00f1os a) muy b.P.N. Y b) b.P.N. A termino adecuado a la edad gestacional sin patolog\u00eda al nacimiento, a la edad de 6 a\u00f1os.  insistimos en las deficiencias observadas en estos ni\u00f1os y destacamos que muchos problemas de aprendizaje y conductuales en ni\u00f1os b.P.N.
