Su creaci\u00f3n se facilita con la disponibilidad de un dise\u00f1o de documentaci\u00f3n.  en la tesis, ofrezco un dise\u00f1o para crear este tipo de documentaci\u00f3n impresa. el dise\u00f1o se valida con la evaluaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n donde se aplica.  la informaci\u00f3n de la tesis se presenta en 4 partes:  1\u00aa parte. Presento una fundamentaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sobre elementos a controlar para crear este tipo documentaci\u00f3n: sobre la educaci\u00f3n de adultos a distancia porque es el tipo de educaci\u00f3n que se proporciona, sobre el libro porque es el soporte que se ofrece, y sobre el lenguaje ic\u00f3nico y verbal porque son los lenguajes que se utilizan.  2\u00aa parte. Propongo un dise\u00f1o de documentaci\u00f3n fruto de la experiencia y de la fundamentaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica. El dise\u00f1o contempla c\u00f3mo crear la documentaci\u00f3n que tuilizan los usuarios (de programas inform\u00e1ticos de \u00e1mbito empresarial) para aprender el funcionamiento y resolver sus dudas. En este dise\u00f1o, proporciono criterios de actuaci\u00f3n a nivel educativo, de organizaci\u00f3n, de lenguajes, de dise\u00f1o gr\u00e1fico y de evaluaci\u00f3n.  destaco caracter\u00edsticas del tipo de documentaci\u00f3n creada: elevada utilizaci\u00f3n de lenguaje ic\u00f3nico, explicaci\u00f3n resumida y detallada de la funcionalidad del programa de inform\u00e1tica, informaci\u00f3n estructurada en apartados independientes y dise\u00f1o gr\u00e1fico especialmente cuidado.  3\u00aa parte. Proporciono el dise\u00f1o, desarrollo y conclusiones de la investigaci\u00f3n. se utiliza un triangulaci\u00f3n de fuentes y de instrumentos. La investigaci\u00f3n se organiza en 4 fases para contrastar la variable producto (se eval\u00faan dos colecciones) y para contrastar la variable tiempo (se eval\u00faa una colecci\u00f3n en 2 per\u00edodos distintos). Las conclusiones de la investigaci\u00f3n avalan que se est\u00e1 elaborando documentaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para el usuario.
