Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para el estudio de la interaciones antigeno anticuerpo se ha generalizado el uso de tecnicas en fase heterogeneas.  estos ensayos que han tenido gran aplicacion analitica deben evitarse totalmente cuando el objetivo es obtener informacion termodinamica sobre la interaccion entre macromooleculas. Por ello en este trabajo se ha desarrollado una tecnica (sencilla, economica, rapida y sensible) para el estudio termodinamico de la interaccion antigeno-anticuerpo en fase homogenea, en condiciones de equilibrio y empleando la espectroscopia de fluorescencia. Su aplicacion al estudio de la integrina gpiib-iiia de la plaqueta humana tiene una finalidad tanto analitica como estructural a partir del amortiguamiento de la intensidad de fluorescencia como consecuencia de la interaccion, hemos podido deducir: a) el valor de la constante de disociacion del antigeno; b) el numero de epitopos expuestos en la superficie de la plaqueta y c) el efecto que la union de una determinado anticuerpo ejerce sobre la constante de disociacion de un segundo anticuerpo cuyo epitopo se localiza en la misma entidad molecular.  asi esta tecnica nos ha permitido comenzar a deliminar un mapa antigenico de esta glicoproteina dado que conocemos la localizacion precisa de los epitopos del conjunto de anticuerpos monoclonales aqui empleados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Desarrollo de la metodolog\u00eda de fluoroensayo en fase homogenea para el estudio de interacciones receptor ligando<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Desarrollo de la metodolog\u00eda de fluoroensayo en fase homogenea para el estudio de interacciones receptor ligando <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Lopez Lopez M.
