La valoracion de las muestras se realizo por espectroscopia de absorcion atomica. Del analisis de los resultados se desprende que la absorcion del zinc presenta diferencias significativas en funcion de la sal administrada, siendo la relacion existente entre las constantes aparentes de absorcion la siguiente: acexamato, cisteinato y sulfato citrato picolinato.
