Lourdes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudian las alteraciones producidas por dos compuestos organoclorados como el endosulfan y lindano en el tejido hematopoyetico de anguilla anguilla. Las concentraciones para el endosulfan fueron: 0.04, 0.02, 0.01 mg\/1 y para el lindano 0.67, 0.33, 0.16 mg\/1. El estudio morfologico y ultraestructural demuestra que ambos toxicos producen alteraciones similares en las series eritrocitica, granulocitica y linfocitica. Las alteraciones son mas acusadas en las celulas inmaduras de cada serie y son directamente proporcionales a las concentraciones empleadas para cada toxico empleado.  estas alteraciones se presentan mas acusadas para las celulas de la serie eritrocitica y linfocitica. Los da\u00f1os producidos en las celulas fueron: rupturas de membranas plasmaticas y nucleares, vacuolizacion citoplasmica y nuclear, picnosis y cariorrexis, graves da\u00f1os y alteraciones de las mitocondrias y dilatacion del reticulo endoplasmico.
