Leve o severa, perforacion de viscera hueca, obstruccion intestinal, patolog\u00eda biliar abdominalgia inespecifica y miscelanea.  se realizo un protocolo clinico y se determino el dia de ingreso, al 2 y al 4 dia una serie de parametros bioquimicos (amilasa, lipasa, tripsina, isoenzima p de la amilasa, elastasa, fosfolipasa a, proteina c reactiva, alfa2-macroglobulina, alfa1-antitripsina, metahemalbumina y otras determinaciones rutinarias). El objetivo fue detectar parametros discriminativos para el diagnostico y diagnostico diferencial de p.A. Asi como datos indicadores de pronostico, todo ello valorado en el momento del ingreso y durante dias posteriores al mismo.  despues de analizar los resultados obtenidos hemos llegado a las siguientes conclusiones expresadas de modo muy resumido: la lipasa es el parametro que mejor ha discriminado el cuadro de p.A. En el ingreso. La amilasa es un parametro valido aunque de menor poder discriminativo que la lipasa. Como indicadores pronosticos fueron utiles la lipasa el 1 y 2 d. De ingreso, ldh glucosa y calcio el 1 d.
