Paz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los sistemas hamiltonianos de ecuaciones diferenciales ordinarias se caracterizan porque su flujo conserva la estructura simplectica del espacio de fases. Esto sugiere el integrarlos numericamente con metodos simplecticos, que tambien conservan dicha estructura. La memoria se centra en el estudio de los metodos runge-kutta-nystrom simplecticos para la integracion numerica de sistemas diferenciales hamiltonianos de segundo orden.  tras la elaboracion de una teoria general para dichos metodos, se presenta un par encajado de metodos rkn simplectico, explicito y de orden 4 y se compara con un par encajado no simplectico del mismo orden. Para ello se han integrado tres problemas hamiltonianos diferentes, con los que se ponen de manifiesto distintos aspectos de la dinamica hamiltoniana.
