El resto de la tesis esta dedicado al estudio del comportamiento dinamico de complejos de pd y pt con oxidos y sulfuros de 2-piridil fosfinas como ligandos quelato. Las conclusiones mas importantes son:  los complejos del tipo (mx(c6f5)2(phnpy3-np=o)) son estereoquimicamente rigidos excepto si n=o en cuyo caso se produce intercambio de piridinas por mecanismo asociativo. Los complejos del tipo (m(c6f5)2(phnpy3-np=o)) dan lugar a distintos fenomenos dinamicos por mecanismos disociativos, las velocidades de reaccion son del mismo orden de magnitud para m=pd y m=pt. La rotacion del c6f5 se produce en intermedios tricoordinados con forma de t.  en los complejos con ligandos phnpy3-np=s las especies (n,n) y (n,s) coordinadas estan en equilibrio; ocasionalmente
