Consolacion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sometimos a trauma acustico de 130 db de intensidad durante 1 hora al dia, 7 dias seguidos a tres grupos de cobayas: a) cobayas con oidos previamente normales, b) cobayas con exeresis del complejo incudo maleolar del oido derecho, c) cobayas con exeresis del complejo incudo maleolar de ambos oidos. Posteriormente los sujetos fueron explorados funcionalmente mediante peatc y se estudiaron el organo de corti el ganglio espiral y el nervio coclear hallando unicamente lesiones en aquellos oidos sin alteraciones de oido medio. Las lesiones en el organo de corti fueron: de 1, colapso, escaras, lesiones de pilares. De 2 o colapso del organo de corti y de 3 o ausencias totales de organo de corti. En el ganglio de corti se observo una disminucion drastica de la densidad celular, las celulas que sobrevivieron fueron las del tipo i, que presentaban alteraciones morfologicas y ultraesturales. El nervio coclear, presento una destruccion tanto de las vainas de mielina como de los axones.
