Se establecen tres grupos experimentales sobre los que en el periodo postnatal inmediato se efectuan diferentes lesiones: enucleacion binocular, callosotomia, ambas lesiones en un mismo animal. En la edad adulta se inyecta en la porcion rostrolateral del area visual primaria (17) peroxidasa de rabano conjugada con germen de trigo, a estos tres grupos y a un grupo control.
