Se han seleccionado de forma aleatoria 582 mujeres, a las que se les realizo una encuesta sobre habitos de consumo. En base a los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta, se han analizado 217 muestras de alimentos precocinados elaborados con productos carnicos y conservados en frio.  169 muestras corresponden a precocinados congelados y 48 a refrigerados. El consumo de alimentos precocinados congelados en bilbao se situa en un 61,2%, y en los pueblos de bizkaia en un 54,5%. No se ha hallado presencia de \u00absalmonella\u00bb ni \u00abshigella\u00bb. Dentro de los germenes regulados por la legislacion espa\u00f1ola, (por orden decreciente) enterobacterias, mesofilos aerobios y anaerobios, sulfito-reductores, estafilococo aureo, estreptococos grupo d y \u00abe. Coli\u00bb, los porcentajes de muestras que superaron los limites tolerados oscilan entre un 19% y un 9% en congelados y en refrigerados entre el 37,3% y el 12,5%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
