Para ello, por un lado, se desarrollan nuevas metodolog\u00edas sinteticas conducentes a lograr la transformacion de nitroderivados en compuestos carbonilicos (transformacion conocida como reaccion de nef) de una forma mas selectiva y versatil. Asi, se describe por primera vez la adicion conjugada de hidruro de tributilesta\u00f1o a nitroalquenos para rendir los nitronatos de tributilesta\u00f1o intermedios que pueden ser hidrolizados a los correspondientes nitroalcanos y pueden ser oxidados con ozono o mcpba a los correspondientes aldehidos y cetonas. Dichos procedimientos han sido empleados con exito en la obtencion, entre otros, de 3-acetilazetidin-2-onas.
