Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La concepcion acinar del tejido hepatico ha permitido establecer una correlacion topografica entre numerosas funciones de las celulas parenquimales y sinusoidales y zonas concretas del acino. Sin embargo, mientras esta compartimentacion intra-acinar funcional se ha constatado ampliamente en los hepatocitos, su extension a la poblacion de las celulas que revisten la pared sinusoidal no se conoce. Sin embargo, al observar que algunos procesos intrasinusoidales, con participacion endotelial, tienen un caracter regional, en este trabajo planteamos la posible existencia de una diversificacion biologica del endotelio en cada zona acinar.
