Para la realizaci\u00f3n del estudio se han seleccionado cuatro compuestos con distinta afinidad por la glicoprote\u00edna-p seg\u00fan los datos econtrados en la bibliograf\u00eda actual.  los resultados obtenidos para ciprofloxacino y grepafloxacino son muy similares en ambos m\u00e9todos experimentales, sin embargo, para el esparfloxacino y verapamilo se han econtrado algunas diferencias.  la correlaci\u00f3n lineal obtenida ha sido excelente, lo que permite predecir la capacidad de absorci\u00f3n in situ de un f\u00e1rmaco a partir de valores obtenidos in vitro.
