Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de hidrocarburos saturados en mezclas energ\u00e9ticas se lleva a cabo de manera muy distinta en los productos de petr\u00f3leo y gas natural.  para los productos de petr\u00f3leo de distintos cortes de destilaci\u00f3n se han desarrollado nuevas metodolog\u00edas para su an\u00e1lisis composicional basadas en tlc-densitometr\u00eda. Debido a la falta de se\u00f1al fluorescente o uv de los hidrocarburos saturados se utiliza un cati\u00f3n org\u00e1nico (berberina) como quimiosensor fluorescente de estos compuestos. Con el estudio de la naturaleza y el mecanismo por el que opera esta emisi\u00f3n fluorescente de alcanos a nivel molecular conocemos las variables que influyen en su respuesta y se predicen las respuestas de otros analitos de caracter\u00edsticas similares a los alcanos, como l\u00edpidos y otras mol\u00e9culas de baja polaridad y baja o nula respuesta fluorescente.  en el gas natural se desarrolla una metodolog\u00eda basada en cromatograf\u00eda de gases para el an\u00e1lisis en continuo, de sus componentes tanto mayoritarios como minoritarios obteniendo la cuantificaci\u00f3n de los hidrocarburos saturados pesados presentes hasta 0,05 pmm de n-c12.
