{"id":140447,"date":"2026-01-12T17:54:44","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:54:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/catalisis-heterogenea-de-reacciones-de-diels-alder-asimetricas\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T17:54:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T17:54:44","slug":"catalisis-heterogenea-de-reacciones-de-diels-alder-asimetricas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/catalisis-heterogenea-de-reacciones-de-diels-alder-asimetricas\/","title":{"rendered":"Catalisis heterogenea de reacciones de diels-alder asimetricas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Fraile Dolado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se planteo para la sustitucion de los acidos de lewis homogeneos por catalizadores heterogeneos, que permitiera ampliar la aplicabilidad de reacciones altamente selectivas como son las reacciones asimetricas.  los estudios previos de la reaccion entre ciclopentadieno y acrilato de metilo permitieron conocer mejor el sistema y encontrar el catalizador mas eficaz, que resulto ser una montmorillonita intercambiada con zn(ii) calcinada a 550 c. Tambien se puso de manifiesto la gran importancia del disolvente empleado en la reaccion.  pasando por fin a las reacciones asimetricas, objetivo fundamental del trabajo, se ensayaron cuatro acrilatos quirales. De ellos los mas reactivos fueron los que permitieron obtener buenos resultados. Asi los acrilatos de (-)-mentol y (r)-pantolactona condujeron a resultados similares e incluso superiores a los obtenidos con catalizadores homogeneos de aluminio, siendo ambos auxiliares complementarios, ya que conducen cada uno de ellos a uno de los dos diastereoisomeros endo.  por tanto se pueden extraer dos conclusiones principales. Desde un punto de vista mecanistico se ha demostrado que es la acidez de lewis del catalizador la responsable de la catalisis.  sinteticamente, se ha demostrado la posibilidad de emplear catalizadores
