Por esta razon, se han estudiado por modificacion quimica residuos de arg y lys de la fnr de anabaena y asp y glu sobre la falvodoxina del mismo organismo.  los resultados obtenidos indican que los residuos asp 123, asp 126, asp 144 y asp 146, situados en la superficie de la flavodoxina de anabaena se encuentran directamente implicados en el proceso de union de esta proteina a la fnr del mismo organismo, en la que, a su vez, se han identificado por un lado una serie de residuos (arg 77, lys 53 y lys 294), que se acoplarian a los anteriores o a otros restos negativos de la flavodoxina y de
