Los mismos enfermos sirvieron de grupo control preoperatorio y de grupos problema intraoperatorio y postoperatorio precoz, valorando en cada tiempo parametros gasometricos y del equilibrio acido-base sanguineos y concentraciones sericas de lipidos, lipoproteinas y apoproteinas.  a los resultados obtenidos se les aplico tests estadisticos no parametricos al no seguir la distribucion normal. En el tiempo intraoperatorio se observo hiperoxemia e hipocapnia con modificaciones acido-base en sentido compensador y disminuciones en los parametros lipidicos excepto en el caso de los nefa, en relacion con el tiempo basal.
