Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La posibilidad de tener anticuerpos monoclonales (acm) especificos de la serie melanocitaria y utiles en tejidos parafinados, ha sido uno de los principales objetivos de la inmunohistioquimia en dermatolog\u00eda. En la actualidad, existe un nuevo acm, hmb-45, que parece reunir ambos requisitos.  hemos realizado un estudio en el acm hmb-45 en 158 piezas parafinadas: 127 patolog\u00edas cutaneas melanocitarias; 19 patolog\u00edas cutaneas no melanocitarias, 5 piezas de piel normal y 7 mestastasis ganglionares de melanoma maligno (mm).  las mismas lesiones han sido estudiadas paralelamente con el anticuerpo policlonal (acp) s-100.  nuestros resultados con hmb-45 han mostrado positividad de marcaje en todas las patolog\u00edas melanocitarias estudiadas, excepto en las celulas nevicas intradermicas.  en los mm su presencia ha sido constante, con menos expresividad en los mm desmoplasicos y en las metastasis ganglionares.
