Se trabaj\u00f3 con todos los niveles educativos de dos colegios particulares masculinos (n=1390 alumnos) de la modalidad subenci\u00f3n compartida, de valpara\u00edso y vi\u00f1a del mar, chile 1999, rub\u00e9n castro, con 12 cursos experimentales  (483 alumnos) y 12 cibtrikes -7480 alumnos), y salesianos, con 12 controles externos (427 alumnos). se obtuvieron los datos v\u00eda registro v\u00e1lidos y confiables de condcutas de motivaci\u00f3n e indisciplina, a trav\u00e9s de dos instrumentos constru\u00eddos para este prop\u00f3sito, el registro de conductas motivacionales acad\u00e9micas (coeficiente de confiabilidad 0.909) y el registro de conductas de indisciplina (coeficiente de confiabilidad 0,770). Los anovas computados para medir las hip\u00f3tesis resultaron en f = 8,0062 (p&lt;0,01) para motivaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y f= 0,7059 para disciplina. S\u00f3lo se confirm\u00f3 la alta calidad de la intervenci\u00f3n motivacional basada en maslow, para explicar la dispersi\u00f3n en sus deseos por aprender existente entre los alumnos
