Desarrollar una metodolog\u00eda morfometrica original dirigida a estudiar la estructura del nucleo, por medio de analisis computarizado de imagenes y de sus transformaciones basadas en tecnicas de morfolog\u00eda matematica. 2. Testar dicha estrategia para cuasificar estirpes celulares y para gradar y diferenciar la malignidad.  material: hemos seleccionado para testar el metodo una muestra celular linfoide, mamaria y cervico-vaginal extensiones citologicas fijadas en alcohol 96 grados y te\u00f1idas con hematoxilina se utilizan las modernas tecnicas de analisis computarizado de imagenes, asi como transformaciones morfonatematicas (software:  visilog.Microptic).  resultados: con las variables definidas hemos realizado analisis estadistico multivariante. El analisis factorial pone en evidencia la existencia de, al menos, dos factores principales. El primero de caracter dimensional y el segundo de tipo morfologico.
