conducentes a la obtenci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros asociados a los modelos el\u00e9ctricos de la c\u00e9lula solar fotovoltaica de forma compatible con l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n.  para ello se ha realizado una revisi\u00f3n comparativa de los modelos el\u00e9ctricos m\u00e1s habituales, sem, cdem y vdem, as\u00ed como de otros dos modelos m\u00e1s avanzados, el bsf con efectos de sombra y de inyecci\u00f3n variable, y el modelo transistor ag-npn-aga1 de colector perforado.  se ha propuesto y realizado un sistema de medida capaz de satisfacer los requerimientos de clasificaci\u00f3n de la industria, pero que a su vez permite satisfacer las necesidades de un equipo de investigaci\u00f3n.  se ha realizado una revisi\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de obtenci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros a trav\u00e9s de las caracter\u00edsticas corriente-tensi\u00f3n, y se han propuesto nuevos m\u00e9todos que se han denominado multi-ajuste, estrategia de ajuste y ajuste por lotes.  estos nuevos m\u00e9todos, junto con el sistema de medida desarrollado constituyen una potente herramienta de an\u00e1lisis y obtenci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros de las caracter\u00edsticas el\u00e9ctricas de las c\u00e9lulas solares fotovoltaicas, con aplicaci\u00f3n a l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n, lo que permite la realizaci\u00f3n de un mejor control de la tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed
