En esta tesis se analizan algunos de estos metodos. Dentro de los metodos que utilizan imagenes gammagraficas. La determinacion del contorno y del fondo tiene una importancia fundamental.  hemos estudiado el metodo de hawman y un nuevo metodo basado en la morfolog\u00eda matematica. Hemos aplicado los metodos a dos tipos de imagenes.
