Conclusiones: se observaron anomalias tanto en la excentricidad plaquetar como en el numero, volumen relativo y contenido de los granulos alfa de las plaquetas de los pacientes con mielofibrosis primaria y otros sindromes mieloproliferativos; que se encontraban disminuidos.
