La familia multigenica 110, localizada exclusivamente en el extremo izquierdo del genoma, esta constituida de 5 genes que se expresan activamente a tiempos tempranos de la infeccion, decreciendo a tiempos tardios. Las proteinas de la familia 110 presentan un dominio amino-terminal altamente hidrofobico muy similar a peptidos se\u00f1ales, una region central conservada y rica en cisteinas constituyendo un dominio similar a estructuras del tipo \u00abzinc-finger\u00bb con propiedades de union a dna, y una region carboxi-terminal muy divergente entre los diferentes miembros de la familia. La familia multigenica 360 esta constituida por 7 genes localizados en ambos extremos de la molecula de dna, que se transcriben activamente durante el curso de la infeccion (a excepcion de la orf l356).  adicionalmente se ha detectado un grupo de secuencias repetidas no asociadas a orfs, con similitud en estructura primaria y secundaria con secuencias que estan implicadas en curvatura del
