Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los objetivos de esta tesis han sido en primer lugar el establecimiento de sistemas de sintesis de proteinas de eucariotas (higado de rata, germen de trigo, chlamydomonas reinhardtii y tetrahymena thermophila), organulos eucariotas (cloroplastos de spinacia oleracea y chlamydomonas reinhardtii) y procariotas (anabaena y prochlorothrix hollandica). En segundo lugar el estudio de su sensibilidad frente a 38 inhibidores con distinta especificidad de dominio que afectan la elongacion de la traduccion.
