Mas aun, la microinyeccion de un anticuerpo anti pc-plc bloquea especificamente la maduracion inducida por ras pzi\/insulina. Hemos presentado evidencias que sugieren que la interaccion funcional entre ras pzi y gap es suficiente y necesaria para estimular la actividad hi-quinasa del factor promotor de la maduracion, y que la hidrolisis de pc esta implicada en este mecanismo. Asi hemos demostrado que gap es una etapa tardia en la transmision de se\u00f1ales a traves de pc-plc y necesaria para controlar la maduracion en respuesta a ras pz1 e insulina.
