Por otra parte, se ha puesto a punto la metodolog\u00eda para obtener estructuras de proteinas en disolucion con un grado de precision muy alto cuando la informacion experimental es mas completa.  la proteina que se ha estudiado es la ribonucleasa a de pancreas bovino. Su estructura se ha obtenido, en primer lugar, con el primero de los metodos con un grado de precision moderado. Posteriomente, con la ayuda de un espectrometro de rmn de muy alto campo (600 mhz) se ha obtenido una estructura muy refinada. Esta estructura se encuentra entre las mas precisas obentidad hasta el momento en disolucion.  asimismo, se ha propuesto un indicador del grado de ajueste de las estructuras calculadas con la
