Se ha analizado tambien la inhibicion reversible de la enzima por derivados de succinimida y por aductos formados entre ditiotrettol y algunos derivados de meleimida. Los derivados de maleimida insuben la enzima de manera irreversible. Modificando dos grupos sh que son esenciales para la actividad enzimatica. Dichos grupos reaccionan con distinta velocidad con el analogo de maleimida. La modificaicon del grupo que reacciona mas lentamente es inespecifica, o al azar. El grupo que reacciona mas rapidamente es modificado de manera especifica o inespecifica, segun los sustituyentes en posiciones 3 y 4 del anillo bencenico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
