Este mismo efecto se observo en blastos de linfocitos t estimulados con concanavalina a. La adiccion de esteres de forbol (pdbu) inhibe el desarrollo de la muerte celular programada (adoptosis) en ambos sistemas\/ en lineas celulares dependientes de il3 y en cultivos primarios de celulas de medula osea seleccionadas en presencia de dicho factor de crecimiento, se desencadena la apoptosis tras la retirada de il3. Los ionoforos de calcio (a23187 e ionomicina) tienen un efecto dual sobre estas celulas: por un lado mantienen la viabilidad de estas en ausencia de il3 y, por otro, inhiben la proliferacion inducida a traves de il3. El primer efecto observado viene mediado por la il4 que las celulas producen en respuesta a la elevacion del calcio intracelular\/ otros factores no hematopoyeticos como igfi e insulina, tambien influyen en la hematopoyesis manteniendo la viabilidad y estimulando la proliferacion de precursores de medula osea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
