Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha abordado la purificacion de una lipasa extracelular producida por la levadura candida rugosa. Se han aislado dos isoenzimas principales que poseen diferente especificidad de sustrato. Sus secuencias n-terminales, peso molecular y contenido en aminoacidos totales es muy similar, difieren en el punto isoelectrico y en su hidrofobicidad. Tambien poseen diferente contenido en azucares neutros. El olioosacarido unido a las lipasas es del tipo rico en manosa y esta unido n-glicosidicamente a la proteina. La caracterizacion cinetica de estas isoenzimas fue realizada en fase acuosa y en un sistema de microemulsion w\/o (agua\/aot\/n-heptano).
