En este caso, la extracci\u00f3n de siluetas deformables en secuencias de imagen. Esta operaci\u00f3n se realiza mediante m\u00f3dulos de computaci\u00f3n simples inspirados en el efecto acumulativo que se produce en las conexiones sin\u00e1pticas. Estos son los m\u00f3dulos de computaci\u00f3n acumulativa, a los que se ha a\u00f1adido como aportaci\u00f3n principal de esta tesis, una interacci\u00f3n lateral. O puede verse, a tenor de un extenso conjunto de pruebas realizadas los resultados obtenidos, que el m\u00e9todo mejora la capacidad computacional de forma significativa, permitiendo abordar aplicaciones que son enormente costosas si se acomenten con algoritmos de estructura menos biol\u00f3gica. Se consigue abordar problemas complejos mediante estructuras simples.  el sistema desarrollado solventa el problema de extracci\u00f3n de siluetas en secuencias de imagen continuas de forma satisfactoria. De hecho, se consigue segmentar las distintas siluetas que aparecen en la escena, separ\u00e1ndolas del fondo de forma independiente, a pesar de que \u00e9stas est\u00e9n compuestas de varias zonas con distintos niveles de gris. Los pasos m\u00e1s significativos seguidos para la consecuci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n ofrecida son:  a,- preprocesamiento de las im\u00e1genes de entrada.  b,- segmentaci\u00f3n a partir de las bandas de nivel de ris.  c,- computaci\u00f3n acumulativas para la identificaci\u00f3n de manchas m\u00f3viles.  d,- eliminaci\u00f3n del fondo de la imagen mediante interacci\u00f3n lateral.  e,-
