La filoxera de la uva, daktulosphaira vitifoliae, es un peque\u00f1o insecto de aspecto parecedio a los pulgones de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o que se alimenta exclusivamente de plantas del g\u00e9nero vitis.  los portainjertos aparecieron como consecuencia de no encontrar un m\u00e9todo de lucha directo sobre esta plaga y del descubrimiento de que la vid se puede cultivar injertada sobre cepas americanas resistentes, sin perder ninguna de sus condiciones agron\u00f3micas.  la colecci\u00f3n estudiada se puede considerar representativa de los tipos utilizados en el cultivo mundial de vid, e incluye variedades y formas derivadas entre las que se encuentran las m\u00e1s primitivas y de mejores resultados en la pr\u00e1ctica agr\u00edcola en los principales pa\u00edses productores de vid.  los stms nucleares, permiten un estudio sencillo, r\u00e1pido y reproducible, de las muestras, relevando una gran capa capacidad de discriminaci\u00f3n de los portainjertos.  los aflp son m\u00e1s polim\u00f3rifocs, m\u00e1s efectivos en la cobertura del genoma, m\u00e1s \u00fatiles para la detecci\u00f3n de clones dentro de una misma variedad y proporcionan mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre el origen gen\u00e9tico de los portainjertos que los stms nucleares. Los stms de cloroplastos proporcionan una informaci\u00f3n diferente y complementaria de los dos sistemas anteriores, siendo la \u00fanica t\u00e9cnica capaz de determinar el parental femenino del
