Se estudia el producto de concentracion y el producto de solubilidad del tca en muestras de vinos que se encontraban refrigerados y en otros sin refrigerar.  se dise\u00f1a una columna de extraccion con la finalidad de obtener soluciones hidroalcoholicas saturadas de tca y de saturar varias muestras de vinos.  los procesos de extraccion a traves de la columna se llevan a cabo en regimen permanente.
