Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El mecanismo de absorcion del as(v) a nivel intestinal ha sido estudiado mediante diferentes tecnicas: perfusion intestinal y determinacion del grado total de absorcion \u00abin vivo\u00bb. Con la primera de estas tecnicas se ha realizado el estudio de la influencia de determinados factores como el arrastre dl solvente, ph de las soluciones y su influencia sobre el movimiento del agua, efecto del potencial de membrana, concentracion admministrada o presencia de otros aniones como el fosfato o el dicromato.  con la segunda tecnica, ademas de determinar el grado total de absorcion, mediante curvas de niveles sanguineos, en diferentes organos y excretas, se han corroborado los datos obtenidos con la tecnica de perfusion intestinal. Asic, se ha comprobado que el arsenico pentavalente se absorbe mediante un transporte activo secundario, acoplado a diferentes iones.
