Este hongo produce durante su fase de autolisis las enzimas quitinoliticas b-n-acetilglucosaminidasa y quitinasa, enzimas que intervienen en la degradacion de la quitina de la pared celular del microorganismo productor.  se determinaron las condiciones optimas de produccion de dichas enzimas, sus caracteristicas fisico-quimicas y cineticas una vez purificadas, asi como el modo de accion de estas enzimas sobre distintos oligomeros de la quitina. Asi mismo se comprobo su accion sinergica en la hidrolisis de la fraccion de quitina, aislada de la pared celular de penicillium oxalicum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
