Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la compatibilidad de injerto en combinaciones compatibles e incompatibles formadas por tres variedades de albaricoquero sobre diversos patrones de prunus. Se vio el comportamiento en campo, crecimiento vegetativo y de roturas que presentaban en los tres a\u00f1os del ensayo, y la presencia de discontinuidades en la superficie interna de la union. El desarrollo no revelo diferencias entre unas combinaciones y otras, pero la superficie interna mostro malformaciones a nivel de la union en relacion con las roturas que se producian.  mediante estudios histoquimicos se observaron diferencias entre unas combinaciones y otras en el momento de establecerse el injerto. En las incompatibles el callo inicial sigue un crecimiento desorganizado sin formar conexion vascular, que es el inicio de malformaciones que provocaran la rotura. En relacion con estos problemas se estudio mediante hplc unos compuestos fenolicos, los flavanoles que estan directamente implicados en la via de sintesis de la lignina y cuya alteracion puede provocar acumulacion de alguno de ellos afectando al desarrollo de conexiones normalmente lignificadas.
