Los estudios cineticos con distintos moduladores, llevados a cabo en la enzima activada por proteolisis, indican que existen en cf1 centros reguladores unidores de nucleotidos y otros sitios de naturaleza cationica a los que se enlazan distintos aniones.  la actividad ca2+ &#8211; atpasica de la enzima activada por dtt, muestra una cinetica monofasica cuando no se elimina el exceso de reactivo, y bifasica cuando se elimina mediante filtracion en gel. Estos resultados pueden ser debidos a diferentes formas activas de la enzima que dependen del estado redox. Ambas formas activas pueden diferenciarse desde un punto de vista estructural, cuando se someten a electroforesis en geles de poliacrilamida. Se ha detectado tambien en cf1 una activacion por proteolisis espontanea, que podria tener algun significado fisiologico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
