Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se recoge la sintesis de nuevos productos derivados de piridazino (4,5-b) indol, sintetizados segun criterios de actividad biologica. Los nuevos compuestos fueron estudiados como inhibidores de fosfodiesterasa (pde) de corazon de perro y como antiagregantes plaquetarios en sangre total de cobaya, como pruebas de screening de la actividad farmacologica, que permitieron seleccionar los productos mas activos. Posteriormente, se determino la selectividad de estos compuestos sobre las isoenzimas pde iv miocardica, pde iii de aorta y pde iii plaquetar, valorandose ademas las actividades inotropica y vasodilatadora.
