Se observ\u00f3 que el portainjerto m\u00e1s tolerante a la salinidad mandarino cleopatra, tuvo una menor reducci\u00f3n de la conductancia hidr\u00e1ulica, aument\u00f3 la actividad enzim\u00e1tica atpasa y no mostr\u00f3 cambios en la morofolog\u00eda de las ra\u00edces en el  tratamiento salino. Sin embargo, los otros porta injertos ensayados, citrange carrizo y c. Marcopylla, tuvieron afectos adversos en estos par\u00e1metros.  en el estudio en invernadero se determin\u00f3 la respuwsta a la salinidad de una variedad de mandarino injertado sobre cleopatra (portainjerto excluidor de cl-) y carrizo (portainjerto acumulador de cl-). Se observ\u00f3 que la variedad de mandarino sunburst injerta sobre cleopatra fue m\u00e1s tolerante a la salinnidad que injertada sobre carrizo. La mayor acumlulacion de cl- y na+ en las plantas de carrizo produjo con mayor descenso del peso fresco de la parte a\u00e9rea y r\u00e1iz en este portainjerto. Adem\u00e1s, se produjeron alteraciones en los par\u00e1metros gaseosos (fotos\u00edntesis, conductac\u00eda estom\u00e1tica y uso eficaz de agua) mucho m\u00e1s acusada en el portainjerto carrizo que en cleopatra.  en invernadero, tambi\u00e9n se ensay\u00f3, la tolerancia de la salinidad de nuevas variedades de c\u00edtricos obtenidos por fusi\u00f3n de portoplastos via hibridaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica. En los resultados se observ\u00e1 que este m\u00e9todo podr\u00eda ser una excelente t\u00e9cnica para mejorar la tolerancia a la salinidad de ciertas especies de portainjertos muy sensibles a la salinidad pero que sin embargo, en condiciones normales, tienen una mejor producci\u00f3n, mejor calidad e fruto y son mas tolerantes al virus de la tristeza que los<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
